Sparc Retail was set-up in 2022 after its founder, Andrew Rayner, oversaw the successful Trade Sale (Exit) of toiletries brand Childs Farm at a £40m valuation. He had joined Childs Farm as Head of Sales in 2015 and turned the toiletries brand into the 9th fastest growing business in the UK (Sunday Times Fast-track 100 2019).

Prior to this, Andrew was a Commercial Director at Procter & Gamble managing the commercial success of brands worth up to £450m. Working there for 9 years since completing a degree in Engineering and Business Management.
